Hey Everyone!

I’m raising money for the MD SPCAs annual March for the Animals. The March for the Animals is the Maryland SPCA’s annual 1.5 mile walk-a-thon for needy and homeless animals

“The Maryland SPCA is one of the country’s oldest animal welfare organizations – helping to protect animals since 1869. Today we are one of the largest animal welfare organizations in the state of Maryland. We operate a shelter and adoption center that saves over 3,000 pets a year. As a local, private nonprofit organization, the Maryland SPCA does not receive operating funds from the government, nor do we receive money from national animal welfare organizations. It is therefore critical that we raise funds from events such as The March for the Animals to care for the lost and homeless animals in our shelter.

Every dollar counts!
$11 pays for one feline leukemia test
$25 vaccinates 20 dogs for kennel cough
$43 provides flea treatment and heart worm protection for a dog
$300 pays for an animal’s care at our shelter until it is adopted, including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, food, and care.

Help spread the word: reblog or ask your family and friends to contribute to this great cause.
Thanks for the support!
